When you think of going to the Dentist you think nothing but bad thoughts right?! Wrong, the entire staff was AMAZING, from check in to check out!! The Office Manager Cindy, is so professional and welcoming. Aracelis was so gentle, warm and caring. She showed genuine concern when I was explaining my issues. Dr. Whitaker is by far the most detailed and experienced Dentist I have had the pleasure to be seen by. Mary and Aury were just so nice and made me feel welcome and took away the anxiousness I had. Tanya the Hygienist is "OH MY GOODNESS" absolutely phenomenal! She has the hands of an angel! I have NEVER had a cleaning like that in my entire life, let's just say that I am very excited to be going back and completing the rest of the work that needs to be done! I am a new patient to this dental practice, having recently moved to the Tampa Bay area. I have had several services provided and have been very pleased with the level of care provided by the Doctor and dental staff. I recommend this Dental practice to all those looking for a new dentist.

One of the best dentist I ever been, I saw a dentist in Miami and he told me that I he have to remove two of my teeth and do some implants, I did a second opinion with Dr Whitaker and he save both of the and do crowns on it and the look amazing so after that he been my primary dentist.

I had just moved to the area about two weeks ago and I was on the hunt for a new dentist. From the app zocdoc (highly recommended they don’t have an app like this in New England) I was in between two practices. However, the one thing that separated from other practices and that stood out about this practice was the ease of an appointment availability and the hospitality. I had made two appointments with the other practice that was in the running and had to reschedule twice. At that point, I decided to give custom care a chance. Despite the difficulty to find a dentist in the area, I was pleasantly surprised by my initial conversation with Tammy! She was wonderful! Once I arrived for my appointment, I was warmly welcomed and surprised she remembered me! The staff at custom care are exceptional. Dr. Ward was quick and sincere in his analysis and Tanya, the hygienist was quick and very productive. She was also very informative which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new dentist.
